Regenerative Nutrition & Food Systems

A Living Classroom for Food and Self-Sufficiency
Focused on nourishment at every level, and co-led by Curtis and Elizabeth Letner, this initiative invites learners to explore regenerative food practices, whole-food nutrition, and the relationships between soil, body, and community. Through practical learning and shared meals, food becomes a pathway to vitality, connection, and care.
Curtis brings the vision and the drive to build. Elizabeth brings the heart and intuition. Curtis and Elizabeth are a husband-and-wife team whose shared mission is to reconnect people with the land, with their food, and with themselves. Rooted in love, hard work, and lifelong learning, their journey has led them to develop a 60-acre property in Arizona, transforming it into a living classroom for food production, nutrition, and self-sufficiency.
Together, they make a balanced and powerful team, united by a commitment to growth, learning, and community.
Meet Chris Hughes of Another Way Farms, a sister nonprofit that trains and educates people to be self sufficient and provide food for people who need it most.
