Curtis is a builder, creator, and lifelong entrepreneur. Since the age of 20, he has started and operated several independent businesses, including a custom countertop shop, a custom cabinet business, and a commercial property venture. His passion for creating – from physical structures to new opportunities – has been a consistent thread throughout his life. Today, Curtis serves as a board member and team member for Learn & Do Academy, where he contributes his skills in building, problem-solving, and leadership to advance community-based learning initiatives.
Elizabeth is a nurturer by nature and a nurse by profession. She has spent her adult life raising five children, caring for patients, and exploring the deep connections between food, health, and well-being.
